Hi everyone! My name is George Safaipour. When it comes to this time of year, what will you cook? Can it be that delicious cake for the family or team? Will you decide to add some berriesor cream? Whatever you do, make sure you devote some time to cook! Not only with food, you can also plan something special for yourself. This makes some time to devote to yourself, and it’s worth all the effort required. To do so successfully, it’s important to recognize these factors: Time, energy, and focus.
When it comes to time, this is an important factor when you need to deal with anything cooking-related or otherwise. It makes sense for every single activity to require some time, so why risk skipping off the activity of cooking or planning ahead? If you do decide to skip cooking some great dinners without valid reasons, you will get hungry as well as the other people who need to be fed! Likewise, if you decide to not devote time into creative planning, what are you going to expect in the future? Unless you are learning a new recipe or planning something new, use your time effectively so that you can be sure that your time is well used. Allow some time to cook some food, study a new recipe, or create a plan for the future ahead instead of procrastinating on other meaningless activities.
For energy, if you ever feel bright with your movements, you can be sure to cook some food in a very efficient and effective way. You can also plan better with a good stream of energy within you. It can be quite easy for you to get into the feeling of high energy when you have been accustomed to that feeling for a while. However, if you are on the opposite end of the spectrum, you may tend to feel lazy, sleepy, fatigued, etc. There are solutions out there if you do not feel high energy immediately. It all matters on the time required, and you may decide to choose a few or only one solution that may work. Out of the many solutions available to get back up to high energy, I want to mention some that work for me. First, get good quality sleep. If you ever lacked on sleep, it may be time to pick up on sleep so that you can recover your body effectively. However, it’s important to sleep according to what’s recommended by health professionals and/or what your body tells you. Second, eat the proper foods. I’m not talking about the candy or junk food here. I’m talking about the proper types of foods. Fruits, vegetables, whole grain carbs, lean meat, and real berries can impact your recipes and your overall energy as well. I’ve witnessed this myself as I make various recipes with the healthy ingredients I purchase from the grocery stores. I recall a time when junk food was more of the norm for me. I have to say that junk food did not help me as much when it came to energy levels. Once I decided to consume more salad and healthier foods, I noticed my energy levels rise, and I was able to do more tasks throughout the day with less food overall. From those solutions, I can say that they work for me on raising my energy levels. These simple methods can work for you as well if you devote the energy into these activities that increases your energy effectively and naturally. Ultimately, whatever method of raising your energy works for you in an effective and positive way, it will help you gain the energy to cook some of that pumpkin pie and plan for those upcoming holiday events.
For focus, this quality has to be by far the most important one. Even if you have time and energy within your reach, and you lack focus, it can prove detrimental to your efforts to cook something special or plan ahead. You may risk getting the food burned or lacking clarity on what needs to be planned out if the focus is not fully present. It has happened to me before, and I can tell you that it does not work to lack focus. What to do about it? Remove the distractions. That may include removing the phone from your working area, turning off the loud music, and putting away the unnecessary ingredients just to name a few. There are obviously more distractions that can be removed, and I will leave that up to you to figure out. Once you removed those distractions, it's time for you to regain focus on that one important task ahead of you. That can be cooking or planning or something else. It all requires your vigilant self to be aware with what is around you given the tools you have within you or next to you. Once you regain focus and put away all necessary distractions, it’s time for you to cook that special dish, learn that new recipe, or plan ahead into the distant future.
As was stated, it’s important for you to have time, energy, and focus when cooking a special dish, learning a new recipe, or planning ahead. These three factors are important for you to consider when doing these tasks, and these factors can be easily applied to any other task in life. It’s important for you to find a method that works for you such that these factors remain in effect when doing any task of your choosing. Even though I shared a few methods that worked with me for some of the factors mentioned, you may agree with me or find something that works with you. Ultimately, whatever works, make sure to have these three factors in mind when doing any activity in life that will help benefit you in the long run. Once you realize this, you will feel that radiance of Strivulence!
